Conceived and built the magazine's visual identity, editorial voice, and brand aesthetic from the ground up
Direct all creative and art direction across print and digital platforms
Establish and maintain the graphic language applied across the full range of print and digital assets

Oversee the full editorial process from concept development through layout, production, and distribution
Commission and collaborate with an international network of photographers, artists, illustrators, and writers
Develop branded packages, media decks, and advertiser materials
Production & Talent
Cast talent and direct shoots, including on-set direction of models and creative teams
Collaborate with photographers on shot lists to ensure all imagery meets brand standards
Edit, select, and provide retouching notes to post-production collaborators
Coordinate and negotiate all photography, modeling, and creative contracts
Publishing & Operations
Manage all design and art production workflows independently from pre- through post-production
Handle all publishing operations, including print production, printer relations, and distribution logistics
Ensure all print editions are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality-control standards
